Skyrim “Dragonborn” Downloadable Content Confirmed For PC And PS3 Early 2013

Bethesda just confirmed that Skyrim will be getting the Dragonborn downloadable content on the PC and PlayStation 3 in early 2013.

Bethesda wrote on their blog saying, “And we’re still not done – we look forward to sharing more Skyrim news next year.”

Unfortunately, there was no mention of any previous Skyrim add-ons for the PlayStation 3 in the blog post. Bethesda mentioned a couple months back there there was a technical problem on the PlayStation 3. They mentioned that it wasn’t a problem that they were sure they could solve either. Later on, it sounded like Bethesda was working directly with Sony on trying to get if fixed as well. Since we’ve heard no mention of the add-ons recently, either PlayStation 3 players are going to be extremely surprised to see it in the future, or are going to be extremely disappointed.

Dragonborn will be arriving on the Xbox 360 tomorrow. If you’re into spoilers, you can head on over to Eurogamer to read a lot of details surrounding Dragonborn that leaked over the weekend. It’s starting to sound like this is going to be an extremely good content patch.
