The subject of whether or not Bioshock Infinite would have multiplayer has been the topic of discussion for a while now. However, creative director Ken Levine has come out of the fray by confirming via Twitter that the game would not include the feature. This tweet in particular had nothing more to say other than “no multi” in reply to a concerning fan.
Singleplayer die-hards will be able to rest easy now, I’m sure, as there have been complaints rising as of late criticizing big game companies for adding multiplayer modes simply for the sake of having them which is hardly a ridiculous accusation in certain cases. Let’s just hope that the guys at Irrational Games are able to utilize these extra, unspent resources to the fullest!
